Nutritional Information Menu

Green-A-Colada

  • Unsweetened coconut milk, agave, coconut, mango, bananas, raw kale (168 calories for the jr. size)

    • Kale is low in calorie as well as high in fiber, iron & Vitamin K 

Green Power Salad with Chicken 

  • kale, spinach, strawberries, almonds and rasberry vinaigrette (409 calories)

    • This salad is packed with high protein foods such as grilled chicken, almonds, spinach and kale.

      • Both kale and spinach are low in calories and considered dark leafy greens 

Healthy Tips:

  • Stay away from smoothies that have "juice" in them. They can be high in sugar!

  • Not too hungry? Smaller smoothies have less calories.

  • Need to indulge? Campus Fresh has non-fat frozen yogurt, add fruit as toppings to keep it healthy 

  • Substitute almond milk for regular milk to lower your fat & calorie intake
