Chinese food tends to have a high amount of sodium because of the soy sauce & other sauces so do not be afraid to customize your dish & get sauce on the side! 

Steamed Chicken & Vegetables

  • Ask for the sauce on the side, this way you can control the portion

    • Chicken is a good lean source of protein

    • Vegetables provide essential vitamins, fiber and minerals

    • The steamed dishes are served without salt, sugar, corn or starch
