Below Are Some Healthy Menu Options - Stay Healthy!

California Salad with Chicken

  • Mixed green lettuce, avocado, mandarin slices, egg slices, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, walnuts and raisins

    • Chicken is a good source of lean protein

    • Avocado is a good source of vitamin K, vitamin B, and good fat, but be aware that too much can be too fattening & high in calories

Grilled Atlantic Salmon

  • Salmon served with rice and vegetables 

    •  It is recommended to eat seafood twice a week. Salmon is a good source for omega-3 fatty acids

  • Grilled chicken breast with honey dijon, and tomatoes on multi grain

    • Chicken is a good source of lean protein

    • Ask for the honey dijon on the side to control the amount you use
