  • Scoop of tuna salad, chicken salad, or egg salad with tomatoes, cucumbers & seasoned croutons on a bed of leaf lettuce

    • Skip the croutons to save calories 

    • Order the tuna or chicken and ask for it to be served plain instead of being mixed with mayo
