Ensalada Verde

  • Romain lettuce, avocado, red onion & tomato with dressing on the side 

    • Avocado is a good source of vitamin K, vitamin B, and good fat

      • But be aware that too much can be too fattening & high in calories

Margarita Salad

  • Baby spinach with mangos, strawberries, dried cranberries, pecans & carrots with a fat-free citrus vinaigrette dressing

    • Spinach is high in iron and is considered a dark, leafy green 

    • Carrots are a good source of Vitamin B1, B2, B6, K, biotin, fiber, potassium and thiamine
