  • Roasted turkey, fresh avocado, spinach, cucumber, carrot, tomato, ranch dressing (ask for it on the side or not at all), in a whole wheat tortilla 

    • Turkey is a source of vitamin B6 and niacin, both of which contribute to the body's energy production

    • Avocado is a good source of vitamin K, vitamin B, and good fat, but be aware that too much can be too fattening & high in calories

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

  • Grilled chicken with lettuce & tomato 

    • Chicken is a good source of lean protein

    • Ask for whole wheat bread

Two Egg and Cheese Omelet  

  • Two egg & cheese omelet served with a cup of fresh fruit and whole wheat toast

    • Cheese in moderation can be part of a healthy diet

      • Skip it or ask for light cheese to reduce additional calories and fat

    • Ask for egg whites to reduce calories
