Turkey Burger:

  • Turkery burkey with guacamole, lettuce & tomato

    • Ask to substitute the fries for a side salad

    • Turkey burgers are a good source of lean protein, they also contain vitamin B6

    • Note: although guacamole is made of avocado which is full of good fat and vitamins, it is a high calorie item 

Salmon Nicoise Salad:

  • Salmon with green beans, olives, red peppers, potato, egg, capers, lemon caper dressing 

    • It is recommended to eat seafood twice a week. Salmon is a good source for omega-3 fatty acids

Healthy Tips:

  • Avoid the fries that come with the sandwich and ask for a side salad

  • Avoid "creamy" and "butter" sauces, or get them on the side of your meal

  • Drink water with your meal

  • Don't be afraid to ask to customize your meal! Eliminate certain options or add veggies
