Grilled Lemongrass Chicken:

  • Marinated chicken with skewers of grilled vegetables and fresh lemon juice

    • Chicken is a good lean source of protein

    • Vegetables provide essential miners, vitamins and fiber

Steamed Chicken with Vegetables:

  • Steamed chicken with an assortment of vegetables (sauce on the side)

    • Chicken is a good source of lean protein 

Healthy Tips:

  • Ask for the sauce on the side to control the amount used

  • Don't add extra soy sauce to your meal (increases sodium intake)

  • Avoid fried items and stick to grilled & steamed entrees 

  • Limit sushi intake to twice a week because of the mercury content found in raw fish
