Below Are Some Healthy Menu Options - Stay Healthy!

Turkey Burger

  • Turkery burkey with guacamole, lettuce & tomato

    • Ask to substitute the fries for a side salad

    • Turkey burgers are a good source of lean protein, they also contain vitamin B6

    • Note: although guacamole is made of avocado which is full of good fat and vitamins, it is a high calorie item 

Salmon Nicoise [Salad]

  • Salmon with green beans, olives, red peppers, potato, egg, capers, lemon caper dressing 

    • It is recommended to eat seafood twice a week. Salmon is a good source for omega-3 fatty acids

Tomato Mussels 

  • Diced tomato & garlic white wine

    • Mussels are a good source of vitamins
