Healthy Tips For Whole foods:

  • Avoid fried items! 

  • Having a sandwich or a burger? Ask for whole wheat bread

  • If ordering pizza, limit yourself to 1 slice

  • Stay away from adding extra cheese to your sandwich or pizza

  • Limit yourself to having sushi twice a week because of the high levels of mercury

  • Avoid the fries!

  • Make your own salad packed with veggies-choose a light dressing!

  • Avoid the pasta, potatoes, and mac&cheese from the hot bar

  • Get sauces on the side

  • Drink water with your meal

  • Try juicing! It's expensive but the cold press juices have a lot of vitamins & nutrients
